Kirkland Choral Society is seeking experienced singers in all voice ranges.
Join a great group of people and terrific maestro in a varied and
exciting program for the 2008-2009 season.
 

EXPECTATIONS
at the audition:
Simple sight-singing, rhythm exercise, range check. No prepared piece required.

during the year:
• 90% attendance at weekly Wednesday evening rehearsals
• Committed participation in all concerts scheduled throughout the season
• Some at-home practice to woodshed notes and come prepared to rehearsals (CDs provided)
• Quarterly donations to help sustain the choir

• Kirkland Choral Society began as an eight-voice ensemble in 1988 and is now, with 90 members, the Eastside’s largest community chorale. For more details about our history, please click on the "About Us" link on our home page.

• KCS’s mission is to give our community opportunities to experience and learn about choral musical arts at their finest.

• Rehearsals are from 7:15 to 9:45 on Wednesday nights at Lake Washington United Methodist Church in Kirkland, September through May.
