Come join singers from Kirkland Choral Society and help unite our commUNITY through music! This fun and cheerful annual KCS singalong is about lifting our voices together, celebrating the gift of music, and sharing all the joy that surrounds us—especially in this vibrant month of May.
This special event welcomes people of all ages and backgrounds—even little ones! Bring your friends, family, and neighbors. And if singing's not your thing, that's fine, too---you can hum, clap, or just smile with us! We will sing everything from traditional favorites and Disney classics to The Beatles and John Denver.
Afterward, please stay to mingle, chat, and enjoy light refreshments if you wish.
Help KCS support the Safe Parking Program at Lake Washington United Methodist Church
If you are able, please bring an item to the singalong to donate to LWUMC's Safe Parking Program. Donations are not required for singalong participation but will be very gratefully received! Cash donations are always welcome as well.
LWUMC has been KCS's weekly rehearsal venue for many years. Our annual singalong fundraiser allows the KCS community to show our appreciation for the use of LWUMC's space while supporting their vitally important Safe Parking Program.
Safe Parking supplies especially needed right now are:
Shelf-stable food, especially healthy snacks (granola, jerky, fruit snacks, protein bars), microwaveable meals (soups, ramen, curries, mac & cheese, chili), and kid-friendly foods.
Toiletries such as razors, toothpaste, mouthwash, shampoo, liquid soap, hair ties, Q-tips, nail clippers, lotion, and sunscreen—preferably in travel or small sizes.
Window screens for cars (often available at Dollar Tree) to shield interiors from summer sun.

You are warmly invited to come early to the singalong, if you wish, and join LWUMC for a Free Community Dinner! 5:30–6:30 pm at LWUMC https://lakewaumc.org/community-dinner-page
